Please make sure you have read, and fully understand Twig-n-Berries terms and conditions below:
Warranty:
Our warranty policy covers products for 80 days from the date of purchase. It covers faults and defects that occur due to manufacturing failure. If a product is outside of this timeframe, the warranty is unable to be claimed.
Damage or faults that occur as a result of misuse, accident, or general wear and tear, are not covered by our warranty policy.
Please contact our customer service email (info@twick-n-berries.co.nz) We may require some products returned to us, so please retain these products until specified otherwise.
In the event of physical damages/faults, e.g. tears in material, please e-mail photos to info@twig-n-berries.co.nz.
If your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same, or similar model. If a repair or replace is not possible, we will provide a refund.
Warranty time frame - 80 days from date of purchase
If you change your mind or do not like the product - we will not refund or exchange any products
Changes to an Order:
We do not offer any further changes or returns.
International Courier - We currently do not deliver overseas only available in NZ
Delivery Timeframes:
Everything you see on our website is available for purchase. If it's out of stock we will refund your money. Our aim is to send your order within 3 working days of dispatch. I.e. order today (working day), it is dispatched within 3 working days. Business days Monday to Friday.
Payments via credit cards & refunds for un-supplied products:
If you pay via credit card/ debit card, and we are unable to supply any product to you for any reason, Twig-n-Berries will refund the amount due back to a nominated bank account. All refunds will be bundled together.

Free shipping for orders over $150.00 NZ
Please note we do not deliver overseas only available in NZ

All prices on our site are listed in $NZD and is GST inclusive.
